Good Evening John Lewis Families,
Student re-enrollment for the upcoming SY24-25 opens tomorrow! All returning students are required to re-enroll for the upcoming school year to retain their seat at John Lewis Elementary.
In preparation for the launch of online enrollment, DCPS centrally reset the passwords for all users who have not accessed the ASPEN Parent Portal. The email was sent on March 25th and was titled "Welcome to the ASPEN Parent Portal". Please test and save these credentials, as families will use the same log in ID email and password to access the online enrollment platform starting tomorrow.
To complete your child’s re-enrollment forms, including providing proof of residency, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit enrolldcps.dc.gov to get started. Returning families: Use your Aspen parent portal credentials. If you do not know your credentials, please contact your school. New families: Create an account.
Step 2: Complete the enrollment packet online
Step 3: Attach required documentation:
New families: Proof of Age and Proof of Residency documentation.
Returning families: Proof of Residency documentation.
Step 4: Submit! You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is received, reviewed, and accepted/declined
