Good Afternoon John Lewis Families,
We are so proud of all our students who auditioned for Willy Wonka, Kids! We had a record number of students who auditioned this year and are excited to see our budding thespians in action!
While we would have loved to accept all 200+ students who auditioned for the play this year, we simply do not have the capacity to do so. Students were required to audition in acting, dancing, and singing and based on their qualifying scores in all areas, were invited to callbacks and then cast into the show.
We are now fully cast and encourage all our students to audition again next school year!
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Members of our Willy Wonka Play Planning Committee will also be in attendance at our Principal’s Chat tomorrow from 4:00-5:00pm. We look forward to seeing you then!
